Tian
Long computer woven selvedge label loom model ATL 352, 12 space in 25mm ribbon
width, adjustable speed up to 800RPM, standard weft colors = 4, warp yarn from
75D to 100D, weft yarn from 50D to 120D, auto stop against warp break, weft
wreak and selvedge end breaks with indicator light, error detector.
Equipped with automatic digital frequency converter, machine speed
ranges from 500 to 950RPM. All-in-one control system includes 3.5" floppy
disk drives, quantity setting, electronic weft break detector, weft density,
regulator interrupter for weft threads and thermo control, etc.

Unlike
other machines cover sand paper on taking up beam, Tian Long uses the latest
sanding beam, auto adjusting thermofixing equipment and reverse pressing to take
up the labels.
